🥋 The Role: Multi-Talented Ninja
This isn’t a desk internship. It’s an on-ground, figure-it-out, real-world MBA.
You'll be working side-by-side with the team, solving problems in real time, and taking full ownership over operations and experiences.
Your Responsibilities:

Restaurant Operations

Own backend ops: salary sheets, vendor payouts, service charge, and more

Handle front-end guest experience during weekends, bookings, and service flow

Spot inefficiencies and suggest better systems—because we’re here to improve everyday
2. People & Process Management
Lead with logic, not ego. You'll be managing people, calmly, clearly, smartly
You’ll be the go-to person when things go wrong, and the one who figures it out
3. Strategy & Growth
Work directly on scaling a multi-outlet restaurant model
Collaborate on restaurant-tech, courses, and marketing projects
Bring your own ideas to the table. We don’t want task-followers, we want thought
partners.
